Notification of Changes in Response to Consumption Tax Law revision

It was decided that the Consumption Tax is to be raised from 8% to 10% starting October 1st, 2019.

In accordance with this new revision, our service fee will be effect changes as written below.

1.Affected services;

　　All services

2.The timing of the consumption tax rate change

■In case of new orders;

　　Consumption Tax will be 10% starting October 1st, 2019.

■In case of renewal orders;

　　Consumption Tax will be 10% for renewal orders from October 1st, 2019.

　　(Including 10% tax if the renewal date is after October 1st,2019)

■In case of "month-end closing, next month-payment"

　　we will charge you 10% tax from November, 2019.

■In case of "Tsukaeru Cloud", this plan is a deferred payment service,

　　so we will charge you 10% tax from November, 2019.

■In case of Jelastic, we will charge you 10% tax from October 1st, 2019.

■In case of Spot support(Paid Support),

　　we will apply 10% tax from October 1st, 2019. So the basic charge will be 11000yen/hr.

3.Change the display price

A price lists on our homepage, On-line store page and leaflets will not changed.

however you will charged 10% tax it purchased after October 2019 in accordance with Consumption Tax Law revision.
