It is with regret that Tsukaeru.net has decided to discontinue the Jelastic on July 31st, 2022.

Please be guided accordingly in the following details;

■ Subject Services

■ Service End Date
July 31st, 2022

Server will be stopped completely after July 31st, 2022.

In addition, customer will not be able to access all of data that is stored in the server as well.
We would like you to ask to download all data before July 31st, 2022.

■ Substitute services offer
We provide "Cloud VPS Linux" and "Virtual Data Center".

■ Refund
Based on our terms of use, we will refund the target service or transfer it to the account balance.

Refund method: Please select from account balance or bank transfer.
Refund support: A refund application is required.
How to apply: Please write that you would like a refund and send it to support-en@tsukaeru.net.

Please note that refunds are valid until 3 months have passed from the end date of the service, and refunds cannot be requested after that.

This balance can be used for the renewal fee for new servers, etc.
